COMMUNICATION SUITE BETA TESTING

Thank you for volunteering to be a part of our beta testing program for Communication Suite, Doubleknot’s new marketing automation tool.  

Your input is essential in all stages of our product build-out .... beginning with roadmap planning all the way through to releasing new features to production. One of the most exciting milestones in our software development cycle is reaching the beta testing phase during which we provide a small group of customers with early access to a new feature set so that we can collect formal feedback before that functionality is made widely available.  

PREPARING FOR BETA TESTING

While beta testing specific features will begin in earnest after our next production release on March 13th, we want to use this week to ensure that you can access Communication Suite BETA without issue as well as to become familiar with the new screens. Our production release next week will contain fixes to previously identified issues. Full beta testing instructions will be sent to you after that release. 

For the time being, please provide Krys Freeman at kfreeman@doubleknot.com the names of up to 3 users in your organization that will participate in beta testing so that we can grant them access. Once access has been granted, users will see a new Features List menu option called Communication Suite BETA. As soon as it is visible, beta users should click on the link and begin navigating through the screens to become familiar with them.  

While a more user-friendly email designer interface will be available next week, users who are familiar with HTML can use the HTML editor to design an email right now. Please exercise caution in deciding who to send emails to, should you decide to do so, because any created emails will be delivered to the recipients selected.
